Our doctoral programs offer the future researcher, educator, or professional the opportunity to work at an advanced level with outstanding CSU faculty who are nationally and internationally recognized scholars and researchers. We offer select advanced degrees that will prepare you for a career in research, pedagogy, or professional service.
Several programs offer special opportunities to work in on-the-job environments specific to the given field. For example, the PhD program in Clinical/Bioanalytical Chemistry is offered jointly by CSU and the world renowned Lerner Research Institute of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation (CCF). Additionally, this program is also affiliated with the Rammelkamp Center for Education and Research at the MetroHealth Medical Center of Cleveland.
Given the rigor and hands-on research experience, all our doctoral programs at CSU attract highly qualified students regionally, nationally, and from around the world. Graduate assistantship funding is available for well-qualified students.
